Charging money for a saltwater license is an insult. I pay too much money in taxes already. This is just another tax on law abiding Legal citizens. Mark my words, this money will be squandered and used for programs that have nothing to do with the fisheries. Just one more God given right that will be taken away from US citizens at a time of economic hardship........
