I am against the saltwater fishing license because I have doubts that we fisherman will really receive anything for the money that we spend. If this does pass there had better be some provision in the law that forbids the state governments from just taking the money from saltwater license sales and just putting it into the general fund. In mass that was already tried with the monies from hunting and fresh water licenses
