Support exempting MHI non-commercial BF Permit holders for having to also register for the NSAR since they are already in the NMFS database and reporting all of their catch for BF trips. If included these anglers are included in the NSAR database for contact by MRIP a special set of questions must be developed for this sector regarding pelagic fishing trips so as to avoid double counting of pelagic catch and effort already reported during BF trips.
