rin 0648 av64 070717351-7373 01 instead of helping the public to comment on proposals, as you can see from the attached, this agency tries to shut the public out. nagging and insisting that they cant take an e mail and treat it the same as a letter - why not? another stupid bureaucratic govt agency rule like the proposals where they allow the complete overfishing to take place day after day after day. Greetings, The docket number for this proposed rule is 070717351-7373-01. It is also identifiable by its regulatory i.d. number: RIN 0648-AV64. If you access www.regulations.gov and search for the RIN, you will be able to view and comment on this proposed rule. Thank you for your interest in commenting. Obren jean public wrote: since you cut off my subject line please forward the docket to do this. i think the way you alow the public to comment is extremely offensive. after all you shoudl encourage public comment by any method possible, rather than subjecting the public to being sheep. this is offensive. --- Obren Davis <Obren.Davis@noaa.gov> wrote: Hello, As noted in the proposed rule for this action, please ensure that all comments are sent directly to NMFS, Attn: Ellen Sebastian.
