crab rationalization program attn ellen sebastian cut all quotas by 50% this year and by l0% each year thereafter. i note that this agency just allowed alaska herring fishermen to make $5 1/2 million dollars in one day on herring. what an environmental assault that was. taking that much from an area in one day certainly caused any marine life to starve. this should NOT be happening. this kind of regulation shows something is desperately wrong with this agency.
