I SUPPORT PROHIBITING ALL FISHING TRIPS TO THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT FIVE TO TEN YEARS. I SUPPORT SEIZING THE VESSELS OF ANY FISHING PROFITEERS WHO IGNORE THIS PROHIBITION. I SUPPORT FINING ANY VESSEL OWNERS WHO VIOLATE THIS PROHIBITION ONE MILLION DOLLARS FOR A FIRST OFFENSE.
