Listing Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Designating Critical Habitat; 90-day Finding for a Petition to Reclassify the Loggerhead Turtle in the Western North Atlantic Ocean

Overfishing is a major threat to turtles as well as many, many species of fish. Ultimately, many commercial fishing endeavors are unsustainable. On the way to proving that we are obligated to attend to the best science and protect our natural resources, including, especially, the Loggerhead turtle. It's my strong belief that science and ethics support the redesignation of the North Atlantic Loggerheads as an endangered species.
