I am a lifelong resident of Alaska and fish with one line out of my 17 FT. boat. The halibut charter vessel fleet in Southeast Alaska is completely out of control. This fleet has been out of control for years.Please limit charter boat numbers and reduce the # of fish they catch. Thanks ! John O'Brien Juneau
