I'm a sport fisherman from Anchorage, AK. I can't afford to own my own boat so I take halibut charters every year. Limiting charter catches to only one halibut per day will make it to costly for me to fish for halibut. This will result in the unjustifiable denial of the halibut resource to me and other individual fishermen with similar circumstances. I strongly urge you to keep the daily charter catch at two per day.
