This proposed rule (like so many others) seems to make it more convenient, easier, and efficient for the commercial fisherman to catch more fish, while the recreational fisherman is hampered by rules designed to cause him to catch fewer fish at a much greater personal expense. Remember you are supposed to be protecting our marine resources, not selling them to the highest bidder! You can save us all a lot of time and money, if you simply closed all seasons on stressed species. Believe me we would all find something else to do!
