I am in favor of extending the offloading window. I run day trips in the red snapper IFQ fishery and often return to port in the late afternoon or early evening. Per rule I usually have to wait until the next morning to offload. It would be much more convenient for me if I could offload the same day rather than attempt to reassemble a crew the next morning for offloading. In fact many times I have had to perform the offloading duties myself the next day as the crew members have other commitments.
