Dear Comittee, I am a lobsterman out of RI that fishes in the Area 2 & Area 2/3 overlap. I don't think it's fair that I have to throw overboard lobsters that are over 5 1/4 inches and an Area 3 boat that lobsters right along side of me can then keep them. I believe we should have the same standard of measurement for oversized lobsters in all areas. The maximum gauge size should be uniform. Bring everybody to a happy medium of 6 inches, which would result in more egg bearing females offshore.
