The Bureau of Land Management appreciates the opportunity to review and provide comment regarding the subject ER 08/XXX. However, the BLM has no jurisdiction or authority with respect to the project, the agency does not have expertise or information relevant to the project, nor does the agency intend to submit comments regarding the project.
