I oppose any changes to include the main Islands as a monk seal protection area added to the Northwestern islands sanctuary. This is going overboard. The rules and guidelines are effective enough without adding the main islands to it. WESPAC better back off and deal with it as it is; they are only looking for more funding and my family and I say, NO!
