by passing this law, there will be more fish killed by selective fishing by this i mean there will be a lot of gag caught trying to catch a scamp or black. also a lot of smaller grouper will be killed by someone trying to catch a larger one to make it worth the expense. by doing this you will not only hurt the fish but the economy of many towns and cities in fl.
