World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is pleased to submit comments regarding the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking considering National Standard 2 (NS2) guidelines on the use of the best available scientific information for fisheries management in the U.S. under the recent reauthorization of the Magnuson Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act).
