ALL QUOTAS ALLOWED SHOUDL BE CUT BY 50%. THIS AGENCY IS IN THE POCKET OF COMMERCIAL FISH PROFITEERS AND ALLOWS FAR TOO MUCH TO BE TAKEN BY THEM. MEANWHILE OUR MARINE LIFEIS BEING STARVED TO DEATH BY THE MONSTERS AT NOAA.
