We must keep the us western quota to keep our fisherman fishing. These fish bringin interest from tackle stores to hotels and restaurants. The fisherman see profits as well. ABT is one of the last fisheries that is still keeping the econamy going. The ground fish is failing .Please do not take away the millions of dollars spent on Tuna fishing
