My father is an avid deep sea fisherman. He comes from a long line of fisherman who have respected the sport. Catch and release of fish that aren't edible or aren't big enough allow for growth and populations to flourish. I understand and I am not against fishing or the like. However, I do understand that we are guests in the waters. That is NOT our home!! We take for granted that the inhabitants of our waters provide for us. Upping the anti to 3 times the amount of loggerheads to be hunted is abuse. Its a threaten species. Case closed.
