The undersigned have expressed their support for the attached letter to urge Secretary Locke to adopt the Arctic Fishery Management Plan, to close the Arctic to commercial fishing until or unless it can be shown that it can occur without harming the health of the marine ecosystem. The letter attached was signed by 5,588 people. All fifty States, the District of Columbia and many countries are represented. Thank you.
