cut all quotas for all species of fish by 50% this year and by l0% every year thereafter. you should NEVER take numbers on fish populations from profiteers who make money from catching fish - the cmomercial fish profiteers are liars through and through. they have been lying for years to these fishing agencies. in addition, the fish regulatory agencies are populated only by commercial fish profiteers. this whols situation is like the sec populated with bankers, the fox in the henhouse. it desperately needs change before our oceans are barren. the law of the commons is working here. species after species is extinct.
