There is a great deal of discourse about the effects of this designation on commerce and industry. Some reasoned; some not. The Cook Inlet Belugas are either endangered and in need of habitat protection or they're not. If they are, then the critical habitat designation is needed. It's up to the business sector to cope with the restrictions. Thank you. Lynn Highland
