Commercial Quotas - A1 No Action Commercial gear restrictions - Shark exterior for shrimp nets or B1 No Action Pelagic shark effort control - C5 Recreational fishery considerations -E4 Potential federal management measures -F2a3 As a sandbar experimental fisheries participant we caught more fish per set then in past years when sandbar's were open. Hopefuly this will lead to sandbar opening in the near future. The sandbar stocks look very hearty. No blacknose were caught as usual in this fishery. They are a close to shore fish and protected in Florida by 3 mi. limit. Recreational targeting is very small. The highest % of mortality for these fish are in shrimp nets.
