th 50%e guna season should be shut down. the harpooning needs to be stopped and banned totally. the plans to restore by 2019 willnever happen because this agency never allows the fish catch to be sustainable. this agency is in fact allowing so many fish to be taken from the sea that the marine life that needs to eat fish is starving to death and expending so much energy to find a little food to eat that they are getting sick and then dying. this agency is motivated by greed and accepts back door sneaky letters from politicians who send sneaky letters to gain votes by continually allowing more fishing to take place than can be sustained. the catch allowed is much much too large quota needs to be cut by 50%. stop catering only to profiteers and consider the environmenal devastation you are causing.
