The attached file presents a total of 2,098 signatures urging National Marine Fisheries Service to take immediate action to protect the Hawaiian insular population of false killer whales. The undersigned are concerned about the significant decline in the population, and fear for the population's long-term viability. Please do not delay this process any longer, as the scientific evidence overwhelmingly indicates that this population needs immediate protection as an Endangered Species under the Federal Endangered Species Act.
