I fully support this regulation. Why would we provide port services to a vessel knowingly engaging in illegal fishing activity? I equate it to a phone company providing service to a customer knowingly committing crimes with a phone. Personally i'd like to see the vessel confiscated and used along with the criminals to clean up the plastic debris in the pacific ocean.
