all quotas for all fish should be cut by 50%. it is clear this agency panders to the commercial fish rapists of the sea. it is clear that these commercial fish rapists of the sea subscribe to the law of the commons which is take it all for yourself and they are leaving nothing for the fish to restore itself and are in fact starving marine life and bird life that relies on fish to eat. those fish belong to every citizen in the united states and we dont want these commercial rapists, who resemble the wall street selfish criminal crowd, to take all of these fish when it is clear they are not even leaving sustainable amounts. this agency is really negligent and has failed to enforce magnuson stevens because this agency panders to secret congresssional dirty notes to enlarge the quotas. the congressmen write or call in secret and then the law doesnt get observed. this is all an ugly dirty political system. it stinks because we are all being robbed by this dirty political system where votes are traded for special favors for robbers like the commercial fish profiteers. they get a million dollars for going out on a boat for a few days - that is beyond the scope fo what should be allowed.
