RE: Proposed Rules at 75 FR 14016-56; Request for comments; Table 47C to Part 679; RIN 0648-AX89. The AFA Fishing Vessel Gold Rush (USCG # 52116; AFA # 1868) is part of the Northern Victor Co-op in the Bering Sea pollock fishery. We have historically relied on Co-op catch data when determining our individual share of the inshore sector's pollock allocation. NMFS has now for the first time, made this information available to us on an individual vessel basis and we believe the percent of sector pollock allocated to us in the NMFS disclosure is inaccurate. We are asking for the opportunity to compare the NMFS records to ours to determine whether it is appropriate to challenge the NMFS percentage. We also request that the percentages for the individual allocation be carried to four decimal places, rather than two.
