South Atlantic Snapper-Grouper Amendment 17A, concerning this Amendement, I have yet to see any if none at all, American red snapper on the South Atlanic side of Florida, unless fishing the Tortugas region and that still remains more towards the North. Unfortantly I don't see Fish coming from further North of Jacksonville Fla. But, with that said its possible to see a Red snapper, but rarely have I ever seen any Red snapper fished at all on the South Atlantic side, all the way down to Key west.
