To whom it may concern. Please increase your recreational quotta for Red Snapper. Since I work for a living thus limiting me to weekend fishing and with the weather pattern as it has been over the last several years it is not hard to catch my limits of Red Snapper. When I have been able to go there always seams to be plenty of fish except around the time periords that the Commercial fisherman are out. I still see a tremendous amout of waste from "Head Boats" and Shrimp Trawlers. I guess this is called "collateral damage. Please extend the seson and up the quanity of fish I can harvest. Respectfully Tony Bess
