Adding loggerhead turtles to the endangered species act would ensure the survival of the species. Requiring TED's (turtle exclusion devices) to be installed on all appropriate fishing boats (trawlers,draggers,etc.) would cut sea turtle death substantially. Acting on this now is vital as this mat be the loggerhead's last real oppurtunity to stablize it's numbers before they hit unsustainable numbers. Thanks for your time.
