cut all herring quotas by 50%. this agency works for profiteers, not for the good of this country. this agency is taking the fish which belong to all of us, and giving it away to commercial fish profiteers, so that species after species after species is going extinct. the marine life in the ocean has nothing left to eat when these commercial fish profiteer marauders get through taking what they want. what they want is never enough. they are insatiable profiteers. they need to be shut down and told to stop this marauding for money. they are hurting earth. this agency is no good for america.
