Dear Sirs, I have been fishing for over forty years. So that in-itself makes me a little bit of an expert. I have a few questions? How come a person fishing with a rod and reel has to catch Flounder that measures 18" in length when I can go to my local store and buy flounder alot less in size. Second why do commercial fishermen who use nets get to keep more and smaller fish than the person who fishes with a rod and reel? I strongly oppose the new Summer Flounder, Black Sea Bass and Scaup regulations as being unfair and unjust. Please reconsider allowing the guy or gal fishing with a rod and reel the same opportuniy as the commercial fisherman dragging a net. Seems fair to me. In addition if all we can keep is Summer Flounder that measure over 18" (which are mostly females ) how will the stock rebuild?
