THe recreational season should be extended with a lower bag limit for the black sea bass. 12-18 fish per angler would be sufficient. The Summer Flounder should have a tiered structure for size For example: Limit 2 fish in the 14-18 in range and up to 4 fish in the over 18 inch range. This will allow anglers to put food on the table after each trip and balance the fluke stock. Due to the size limits the adult population fish are being harvested and the smaller/younger fish are falling prey to other fish on the food chain. Not to mention the mortality rate of the throwbacks
