rin 0648 ay11 - attn kate michie - snapper grouper and other overfished species - all quotas or landings or takings as outlined by this proposal need to be reduced by 66%. it is clear that this agency works only for commercial fish profiteers. it is not working for the good of this entire nation, which does own ALL OF THE FISH. this agency almost missed acting in 2010, leting the whole year go by before trying to make it by december 3l, showing their lax and negligent attention to regulations and laws. we need new personnel who care about the environment at this agency. this agency only works for the users, takers and profiteers who are dedimating all species in america.
