Last January , February, March, and into April..the Atlantic from Marathon to Big Pine was packed with gag and black grouper...the sports and commercial fisherman were returning at lease 20 to 50 mainly gags per day...I,m sure the other areas above and below here must also have had a serious comeback... I believe the commercial season should be open even if it is reduced in quantity ... I.E. one sports and 2 commercial.
