I do hope all grouper fishing is closed for everyone, and not just for the recreational fisherman! I,m sick and tired of our season getting shorter, and our fish are given to commercial fishers so they can make a buck! I live in florida so I can fish, and I don,t make any money off my fish. Till you stop selling our fish to the world, I don,t see the grouper coming back! Stop the longlines and things may change! Good luck with what your trying to do!
