leave the clams alone. do not open them up to more taking they need tim. e to regenerate. you are opening them up far too soon. threby making them unsustainabloe. this capitulation to ommercial fish profiteers is another stupid and destructive move by noaa. noaa is like mms and bp oil - noaa capitulates to all that fish profiteers want like mms did for bp, and the harm to america is also similar. an eis is required here, not an ea. you are trying to evade envrironmental laws here. that is sneaky and i think corrupt and criminal.
