rin 0648-ba26 attn pat kurkul - mafmc and asmfc are made up of reps who look for financial gain from their setting quotas way out of sustainable range for long term. they specialize in getting for their insider "friends" high quotas which are driving species extinct, but money is made for these insider "friends". nj is corrupt to the max and these commissions are no different. it is all about raping nature and the public, which owns all of those fish. they rob the public right and left so that nothing will be left for our kids world. this quota is much too high at 3l.744 million lbs and shuold be reduced to l5.million lbs immediately. to have such bad corrupt govt is an insult to democracy. nj is far too corrupt in setting up its govt agencies. they put in place those who make money from gutting nature. tjhses councils are forever getting hotel bills paid in the nicest parts of the seashore - for what - so they can have fun cacations. all of that needs to be cut down. they need to have teleconferences so it isnt so attrractive to party. they have meetings it seems like every other weekend - far too frequent. i guess when you are robbing the puboic you ened to keep close touch on what is going on. i do not like the entire set up of what is going on here in robbing the fish, the marine life is being starved to death. completely starved to death by these huge quotas.
