using destructive trawl in alaska means the ground wont produce a home for any marine life for over 50 to l00 years. it is the most destructive form of fishing and should not be allowed anywhere in america. the people of america do not want it, but noaa only works for commercial fish profiteers and does not listen to the welfare needs of the general american public. noaa helps commercial fish profiteers to destroy fish populations. loook at how they managed the cod in new england. if there is some takings left, let the species recover and let the fish try to recover. let the marine life have something to eat instead of lettitgng commercial fish profiteers make million dollars for two days work. i ams ick and tired of this agency kowtowing to commercial fish profiteers. this is my statement for the public record. noaa is a bust, a real waste of general american tax dollars becaue IT DOES NOT WORK FOR OUR WELFARE AT ALL.
