all shark catch and killings should be entirely banned off the coast of the usa. immediately and totally. this is not shark "management". this is a plan to kill them and i note the call has gone out to all the murderers of fish on the fishing councils to make sure they write. that is why extension of time is being permitted so they can call out theri troops. the troops are the ones who steal the fish that ultimately belong to every citizen of hte usa, not to commercial or recreation fish profiteers. none of them own the fish. we all do. and it is clear noaa has been regulatorily captured, along with all the fish councils, so that all they represent is the fish profiteers, who are making extinct evey single species of fish we have in the ocean. usa citizens are being \duped and ripped off by these shysters.
