Mr. Hoffman supports proposed handgear cod trip measures, exempting Handgear A vessels from the seasonal closure areas, exempting handgear and small vessel permits from the common pool dockside monitoring requirements, letter of authorization requirement, and revisions to the calculation of potential sector contributions.
