I found your proposed rule to be very informative. I am a life long fisherman and care a great deal about fish. I agree that the populations of sturgeons mentioned in the proposed rule should be listed on the Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants list. The ideas for efforts that should be made to protect the sturgeon seem like good ideas and would help if implemented.
