the closure should be permanent for at least 30 years. the fact is that is how long the exxon valdez oil is in the water. bp should start paying for its horrific way of doimng business - killing peole and all living earth. the temporary period should be for a minimum of ten years. when you drape oil over miles and miles of sea bed and kill the coral and kill all the living things, it doesnt clear up in a couple of months. our govt lied to us. our govt lies and lies and lies to its citizens. that is ugly. that means we shoudl make sure the elected politicians lose in the next election since we get lied to routinely. this agency partied with oil execs instead of protecting america. the employees who did that should be in jail for ten years, with them paying for their own jail fees. they should lose verything they own. the peole are sick and tired of the way our govt employees disrespect the people of this nation.
