I would like to say that I support Regulatory Amendment 10 that eiliminates a snapper-grouper area closure previously approved by Amendment 17A for the South Atlantic region. The data and stock assessments for that area were not accurate. I would aslo like to see the red snapper reopened as well. We have seen the best mature red snapper fishing off North Carolina that we have seen in the last 30 years. Thank you for revisiting Amendment 17A and the hopefully for the passage of Regulatory Amendment 10. Capt. Joe Shute
