the quota should be cut by 50% beause the commercial fish industry gets its hooks into make that quota and they refuse to consider the extinction of so many species that they have caused by trunign in lying information. nobody ever fines them for the lying, inaccurate information they turnin on which these qotas are developed. it is clear that noaa is completely in the grip of doing exactly what these profiteers want. noaa in no way protects the rights of us citizens, who own every one of those fish that are beingi caught by these out of control profiteers. it is clear that to make one million dollars on a few days in a boat is way way out of what anyone in the usa should be making. it is pillaging and robbing and robber pirates on these commercial fishing vessels, and they are stealing the rights ofall american citizens to fish.
