the petition submitted by center is extremlely well documented and needs immediate implemtation. it seems this agency exists to stifle all attempts at protection of anything at all. who is taking bribes from the oil profitees anyway? all 5 species are under attack from predatory profiteering in america. the time wasting philosophy of no action by this lax negligent agency is disgusting. this agency acts as if climate change is not happening when the us govt recognizes it as deadly for polar bears and alaskan animals. the only "disagreement" comes from killers and users of these species who are content to kill anything on earth to make money to put in their wallets. all 315 million american citizens want protection from those ugly ugly profiteers. all of these species need immediately full protection for their lives. this agency seems to want to wait until only adam and eve are left to declare an emergency. thhis agency appears to be living in a dream world that does not have climate change with 6 ft of water released into the seas to subsume islands, etc. we need action now to protect these species. we need realism at this agency instead of folderol and paying huge salaries to people who seem particularly uninformed about the exigencies of climate change, commercial fish profiteers with guns who kill everytiing they see that may eat a fish or two to stay alive. what is going on in this area iaenough to make the people who understand it puke and vomit from the inaction of this agency. centers petition needs immediate approval. it is a shame that the american peoip-le have hired such a lowly bunch to work in this agency, who seem to understand nothing about protection, and who are workinf gof profiteers but not for the general amerian public
