Endangered and Threatened Species: Proposed Threatened and Not Warranted Status for Subspecies and Distinct Population Segments of Bearded Seal

Please do extend endangered species coverage to the bearded seal. There are too many species being lost because of habitat destruction, lack of food and other human made issues for us to ignore any possibility to create protective laws for those that still remain but are in danger of being lost.
