I SUPPORT THIS PROPSOAL. THE COMMERCIAL FISH POROFITEERS KILL ALL THESE SEALS WITH GUNS THEY HAVE ON BOARD. THESE DEPRAVED PROFITEERS DONT WANT TO LET YTHING STAY ALIVE THAT EATS FISH. THE COMMERCIAL PROFITEERS BELIEVE THEY OWN THE FISH. THE TRUTH IS ALL AMERICANS OWN THOSE FISH AND THEY WANT SATELLITE COVERAGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON ON THESE FISH PROFITEERS BOATS AND WE WANT NO GUNS ON AOBARD
