This is another NMFS "guilty until proven innocent" step to blame others instead of taking positive steps to protect marine mammals. Stopping operations at a LNG facility costs money and will be paid by increased prices to the public. NMFS should propose positive steps and request funding to protect marine mammals. Congress' determination on that request will establish national priorities for all.
